What about delivery?
We ship from Kelowna, BC by best priced carrier for your area. Expedited shipping options available on request.
Shipping is not calculated online. You pay actual costs of shipping only and they will be communicated by phone or email after you place your order.
Normal shipping time is same or next day on in-stock items. On ordering you will get an email confirming.
Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or Email Transfer, unless Payment Terms of Net 30 have been approved to your account. We will arrange in person on receiving your order.
What if I am unsatisfied?
If you see our products on the website or in a catalog, without the opportunity to see them in person, you can still be comfortable to order!
We offer a GUARANTEE ON ARRIVAL. If on arrival the products are not what you expected in any way, we will take them back for full refund with no questions asked. Really. Just keep the packaging and decide before applying any pricing stickers.
Damaged or Defective Product?
Product that is damaged or defective should be reported as soon as possible. It will be refunded or replaced according to the terms of the manufacturer. Don't worry, we've got your back!
